“Animation & Culture: Spotlight on Korean American Animators” by the Korea Center, Inc takes place on October 10 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (US) PDT.
The Korean American animators are:
Edwin Chang (Pixar Animation Studios, writer and director of the film "Wind")
Eun Bi Chang (producer/director of "Paper City (Madina Papel)," a film set to release in 2021)

This event will explore questions from the Korean American animator’s perspectives such as “What makes animation special to you? How does your Korean heritage, and concepts such as "han" (the unique Korean feeling of unresolved emotional pain), influence your life and art?” This event is moderated by Derek Kirk Kim, a writer, director and artist.
